房間舒適 暖氣很夠力 洗澡時水壓很大 水質跟雪梨市區很像 入住時還有送迎賓飲料券 可以隨時兌換 我當時是換酒來喝

I have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels. When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡

The room was riddled with carpet beetles. As I have a severe allergy to these, I was up all night in the shower trying to calm the itching, swelling and swollen eyes. First thing in the morning. I packed our belongings and left. Without staying the following night. I called the hotel not long after I left and explained the situation. They were not willing to give a refund for either of the nights booked, even though it's stated on the app, and I left first thing in the morning. Rude staff on the phone too.

The check-in was with Steve, a friendly man, and was very speedy. I've stayed at Links quite a few times and have always been happy. The amenities are great. The rooms I've stayed in are quiet. The only downfall this time (stayed in this room for the first time) was the bed was too soft for me. Will book again.

Pretty basic room. Cleanliness could be better. The carpet is still dirty, and the housekeepers need to be more thorough. Dust on the bed headboard and side tables.

Ok, this is 100% a motel & NOT a hotel (as advertised). I have been travelling around Australia for 5 weeks & this is my 7th hotel. I personally think they've advertised this slightly wrong. It's an ok-ish hotel if you have a car (I didn't)& if you are travelling a long distance& need a nights stay (that's it). I don't mind walking & walked/got bus everywhere. The hotel is on a big main road (& the roadside sign at the hotel does state motel but not on the on the site I booked it through). There's a fuel garage with a Subway in it right next to the hotel & a pasta place opposite. The 'hotel' does have a bar/restaurant attached which was ok (ppl raved about the food & it being the best, it was very basic). My single compact room was exactly that. On the booking site it looks very light, bright & sunny, it wasn't. You can't open the curtains (I ended up wedging them open to let some light in). The bathroom reminded me of a 80s'/90's secondary school shower cubicle. It did the job, I guess. There was a kettle, tea, coffe, shampoo, & soap. My last night there was some sort of creature rustling around either outside or in the brickwork/walls. Thankfully, I had to leave at 4.15am but it did wake me & kept me awake (gawd knows what it was but was very unsettling). I would recommended this hotel IF you are driving through & need somewhere to stay. I would NOT recommend this if you don't have a car or want to stay longer than 1/2days. The bed was comfy & the shower was ok. Don't be fooled by the light rooms. My room did the job but I was a little disappointed. Henley beach was a lovely beach (I walked there, lovely long & nice walk).

Beds were very comfortable, needs table in room, bin was not emptied and replaced with clean liner, massive big stain on the carpet around the Queen size bed

Ny only issue was the people next to me had a small child that screamed until about midnight
