前台服務非常差，女前台一副對人愛理不理的樣子，好像全世界都欠她似的！第一天入住鑰匙打不開房門，房號與姓名不符連不上WIFI，給重新做了鑰匙；訂房時預付費了，接到銀行短訊發現預授權二百多美金，第二天早上去前台問，值班的換成了一個小夥子，一查，發現我們住的房間登記的是別人的名字！第二天去機場還車，回來需要坐shuttle bus，又是那個女的，問她多久一班、在哪個位置等，也是一臉不耐煩，隨便説了一下就扭頭走了，在機場等了近一個小時！再也不會訂這個酒店了！

Unfortunately, this had to be the worst hotel stay for us. I called early on our arrival day to let them know that we would be getting in after 10pm. I was told to call them when we arrived to have the shuttle pick us up. When we arrived to Seattle and I called the hotel, I was told there shuttle ended at 11pm. Once we arrived and went into our room the toilet was full of toilet paper. When I flushed the water came up. The toilet was clogged. Went down the front desk. We were given a plunger to take care of the problem ourselves, as there was only 1 person working that night in the front desk. My husband had to unclog the toilet. When we took a shower the water from the shower went into our room. I was told I would get a full credit and was only given $94 from the $226 that I paid. Horrible customer service.
