Aloft Hotel at SeaTac was a pleasant surprise. Very efficient and friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Live music was playing just off the lobby and I was given two cold bottles of water immediately. The next morning I arrived for the airport shuttle just as they were leaving the parking lot. The person at the front desk assisted me in downloading an Uber App and gave me cash to pay for it. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Shocking service from the shuttle driver. Took our luggage out of van without checking and just left at other end of the drop point for the airport. When challenged got defensive and just said whatever. Don’t trust them with your luggage and maybe you should get a better driver who is more aware. Will not stay here again.

We arrived late to this boutique hotel. The staff are friendly but the bar was closed by the time we arrived. We will come back on our next 訂房網站 to Seattle and stay here. Very convenient, close to the airport and close to 13 coins restaurant, I suggest you take visit there. Their service and food is consistently good.

Great Marriott hotel. Easy in and out to catch your flight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and efficient and quiet. We will definitely be back!! We had to make an extra room reservation at the last minute and received a reasonable price, close to what we paid. We were all pleased with the location, the staff and the room.
