My experience from entrance to reception was excellent, making me feel instantly at ease. It was clear that all staff members were dedicated and proud of their work, consistently going out of their way to assist guests. The breakfasts were truly wonderful and delicious! I especially want to commend Steve, the breakfast chef, whose outstanding cooking was matched only by his incredibly cheerful smile.

We stayed for 1 night, the room is exactly as described. Staff were friendly, breakfast included was a bonus. No issues with the room - clean, comfortable bed. The smell from the toilets were very strong in the reception area but thankfully wasn't present past that with the corridor fire doors. Free parking was also handy.

Stayed here as a Base for Horseracing Big Hotel,plenty of Parking.Spa/Pool is off site. Our Room was quite small,and we did have issues with the heating not working too well. Room was clean,Bathroom good with all amenities. TV was big,but had intermittent glitches with the picture,but nothing too bad. Breakfast was good,buffet style,so no problems there. The Spa/Pool/Gym is off site up at the top of the Car Park,which can be a chilly walk. All in all,good Hotel with decent Rooms,Breakfast,and Pool.
