超級漂亮的荷蘭 住機場飯店很方便有接駁車 非常值得住 而且櫃檯人員跟司機人都蠻好的 每半個小時就會有一班車也很方便

C’etait nickel vraiment, juste le transport d’amsterdam centre vers l’hotel après minuit il faut marcher plus de 31min c’est fatiguant mais vous pouvez trouver une solution avec les vélos

The check in process is so fast, she looks very professional in her job. I forgot her name, so sorry, because I am so tried. The room is so clean, bight and room size is great. I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy. I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner. Now I am happy and will be their customer, highly recommend!!!! seeing is believing, watch my youtube channel for your better view perspective. 早餐很好。 但是客房服務很差，竟然會不來打掃衞生，我還在門口掛了打掃的牌子，看了google上面也説了同樣問題，感覺酒店在這方面管理不好，不符合4星的標準。

My recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to several unresolved issues that greatly affected my comfort and convenience. First, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. Despite multiple calls to the reception for assistance, no one answered, leaving me without a solution for hours. The lack of responsiveness was unacceptable, especially for a problem that should have been addressed immediately. Additionally, housekeeping skipped cleaning my room on multiple days. I returned to an unmade bed, an uncleaned bathroom, and no replenishment of towels or toiletries. For the price paid, I expected consistent and reliable service. To make matters worse, the hotel only has one small shuttle bus, which was often overcrowded and sometimes full by the time it arrived. This made transportation inconvenient, especially when trying to catch scheduled outings or airport transfers. Overall, the poor maintenance, lack of customer service, and insufficient shuttle availability made my stay frustrating. Unless significant improvements are made, I can not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Het was de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan het festival in het Amsterdamse Bos. Ideaal met alle nodige faciliteiten voor handen. Jammer dat de 24h roomservice niet actief bleek na 23:30. Tevens jammer dat de kamers, vanwege een beperkte bezetting, niet werden gereinigd dit pinksterweekend. Netjes dat dit in een brief op de kamer werd gemeld. Had wel fijn geweest om dit direct bij het inchecken te melden.
