The experience is extremely bad. My colleague was asked to wait 1 hour to check-in later than 6 in the evening or just change to other hotel, not offering any apology or compensation. My room didn't come with a hair dryer, when I try to phone to front desk, the call went to guests in another room which is rediculous. So I headed down, and was told there's none available but will bring to us the next morning, which is the 1st lie. We have to Google translate Spanish to ask hair dryer directly from room cleaners. And we r not told that house keeping service is upon request, anyway we then reserve with frontdesk for the next day housekeeping service. i was told is all good and that's the 2nd lie. I headed down and check with front desk on why but got no answer, and was told can at least help give us new towels and clean our garbage and this is the 3rd lie. Only the towels r changed after we came back, but garbage remain as good as it's in the 1st day.

I was kind of disappointed because they did not say or write anything about the pool being closed on 訂房網站.com once we get there there is a sign saying under reconstruction. Overall it was a nice hotel

Desayuno muy bueno variado aunque no está incluido en el valor del hospedaje. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Atención muy normal. Pero en rl restaurante la atención fue muy buena

Really old hotel, not well maintained. The swimming pool is closed for renovation and no one marks it before booking or during the check in. Seems it has been closed since 2024... The room was spacious but the furniture was broken - drawers were opening on their own... The carpet was dirty, full of stains and blood. I found bedsheets dirty from blood. Windows curtains are dirty and full of holes. The ceiling was pilling, not fixed. The bathroom was full of long black hair everywhere - from the sink to the floor, and even the ceiling. I am really disappointed, this hotel should be marked as 1*.

On a business 訂房網站, the hotel is very close to the client's company location. There are nearby Korean supermarkets and restaurants, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Woodfield Shopping Mall. The hotel itself offers free coffee, hot tea, and bottled water. Btw, on the first night of check-in, the front desk staff gave me a hot snack, which was all great. Unfortunately, during my four-night stay, no cleaning service was provided at any time.
