Poorly cleaned cold tap wouldn't turn off no restaurant no pool curtains drained of colour they've been up so long nothing like what advertised above not sure if it's with it being out of season may change when in season but such a waste of a beautiful big building

Where do I start.cock roaches all over the place in the room and bath and in even in the fridge also in the bed.plus no heating.plus had 2 find my own heater and I had nomore money 4 book as elsewhere cause of the time we got there.plus no mangers around 2 complain but all didnt speak English and its was more like a immigrates housing place as their was hanging out in the drways with dogs kids and kids coming bk from school.no swimming pool or games room allowed 4 the guest,them only and no WiFi and wasn't allowed 2 go certain ways around the so call hotel cause of the live in people..it should b closed down 2 honest and I will b complaining 2 health and safety after I've wrote this.i have 2 even pay a extra £5 4 a hair dryer so I want a refund of wot I paid.i dont recommend anyone staying there at all it needs closing down as its not a hotel and again cover in cock roaches.have photos 2 prove it.also no heating hench had 2 go and find 2 heaters as it was that cold
