easonable room but very squeaky floorboards, 2 lights not working in the bathroom, and an absolutely useless shower with a hard - to- regulate temperature. Overall expensive for a basic room overlooking a run-down building.

Very impolite staff felt like they didn't trust us the room and bathroom were dirty and I payed extra £100 for a sea view that was spoilt by bird muckno breakfast at 9am and when it came out bacon and sausage was raw definitely not a 4 star luxury couldn't complain as manager doesn't work weekends would defo not return

The room was satisfactory— not too big, but certainly larger than those found in chain hotels. The location was lovely; however, the standard room we received had a view of the parking lot. Due to the wooden floors, we were able to hear other guests walking around quite easily. The sauna and steam facilities were enjoyable, but it would have been great to have a bit more menthol or some options to help eliminate the smell of sweat. Thank you for your attention to these details.

Beautiful hotel to stay in right next to the beach just a short walk away Room was big and spacious with a view nice one although not a sea view the bathroom was just lush shower was lovely to use Only problem not knowing how to use the heating in the room The pool and hot tub was really quite and relaxing Breakfast service was fast and fresh Lovely experience all round

I come to Scarborough only for football, Scarborough Athletic, the hotel is close to the football ground with about 20 minutes walk, train station 10 minutes. The hotel had gym and indoor swimming pool, who is fantastic for the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I will come back again in February 2027. Up the Boro!!!

was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The first room we were given was in a poor state: the bed did not appear clean, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the room was small with an unpleasant view of the back of the building. We had to ask to move rooms at around 12:30 a.m., which was extremely inconvenient. The second room was cleaner but located next to the lift, so it was noisy throughout the night, and the radiator made constant noises, meaning we got very little sleep. The spa and pool areas were overcrowded with non-residents, leaving little space for hotel guests to relax, and the bar staff were unhelpful and came across as rude. Overall, the stay did not represent good value for money and was far below the standard we expected.
