Of course! Here’s a slightly more detailed but still concise version of your hotel room review in English: Hotel Review: Our experience was disappointing. We arrived an hour before check-in with a newborn and asked the reception for help to warm up baby food, but they completely ignored our request. The reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. The room itself wasn’t very clean—there was animal hair under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen was missing essential utensils and equipment, which made cooking difficult, though luckily we had brought some items ourselves. Not a pleasant stay overall.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

La Struttura é situata nell'entroterra di Loano, a 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, è ottima e completa di tutti i comfort necessari, la camera pulita e spaziosa con vista sul mare in lontananza... il personale gentile dell'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile. La colazione ricca di scelta, per tutti i gusti.
