Everything about this hotel was fine - they gave me a $5 credit for the bar when I checked in - it's in a good location. I was able to walk easily to restaurants throughout downtown - breakfast was okay and cost $13 - The room and the bed were comfortable. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the tub was starting to flake on the inside

Terrible service and maintenance. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first night, when we got back to the hotel, the room was not cleaned, I called the front desk, and was told housekeepers were all gone, after waiting for 40 minutes, finally the front desk sent in some towels and a box of tissue. The TV was broken, nobody came to fix it. When we checked out the hotel, my son realized he forgot his long pillow ( brought in by my son) in the room and asked the house keepers to check for the pillow and was told that the pillow case was thrown away and they could do nothing about it. After I demanded them to look for the pillow case, the head of the housekeeping finally gave me a new case and told me better to get out the hotel ASAP, she was so rude and not even give me an opportunity to report it to the front desk. I definitely do not recommend it to others.

Disappointed. There were stains on the bedsheets and pillow case. Asked for a replacement from the front desk, don’t where she found it, it didn’t smell fresh, brought back to the room, found stains on it too. Asked for second one, they told us they’d take care of it, but never got it. Room smelled a bit, not sure if it’s the weather or the building is old. The bathroom needs more lighting.

Great hotel. You can use the valet parking ($50) or a public parking just across the street ($5). The hotel is beautiful, cleaning, offers a good breakfast.
