In house services are not professional. Rooms untidy. Facilities not in place. Breakfast choice is limited. Food provided is not good. Hotel is spacious but run unprofessionally. Needs training in hospitality.

I had a very bad experience in the hotel the reception staff is not good the room which i have booked has not been the same. Room are very dirty, used bed sheet they are using. My recommendation is to not to stay in mahamaya
