जा मैं में 5 तारीख को सातारा पहुंचा तो होंटेल श्रीमान के मैनेजर ने रूम काली नहीं बोला और पैसा रिफंड लेने को कहा मैं जब उनसे बोला मैंने बुकिंग चार दिन पहले किया है मेरे को पहले से इन्फॉर्म क्यों नहीं किया। होटल के मैनेजर ने यूनिफॉर्म करने का काम वाले का होता है मेरा नहीं बोला फिर भी उससने झगड़ा किया लास्ट में मेरे को एक खराब रूम दिया

Very unhygienic stay. From the moment i entered my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere. This experience was not only disappointing but also a health concern.

Location is away from main market, not worthy to stay with family and kids. No market area near by. Surrounding area of Hotel is also too much silent with no person can be seen.

Easy to find location and hotel was clean and hygienic. Room size is good. Easy check-in process, late night check is also allowed.

Hotel is good but small washroom. It is just a hotel and not restaurant. So food is to be ordered from outside or we need to go out. Feels like little costly
