    Good hotel at satara as compared to other hotels. Good staff and best location near to highway .best food .room is big ax was good just they have to upgrade their room annuities as to give dryer as it was not there , good bathroom buckets as were too old no toiletries . And no one was as 6 am while our check out . Did not got breakfast as it started at 8 but we asked earlier for just tea but not got it. But good rather than other hotel in satara.

    Had a decently comfortable stay, room was spacious, neat and tidy linen. Staff was supportive and professional.

    Hotel room was not cleaned properly and AC was not cooling whole day it was not cool and morning break fast only 2items ..lift was not working

    poor breakfast, poor customer support, not recommended. Extra charges for AC room not standard. Had to bargain for same.

    Hi writing this review as i found mix review about the hotel. Hotel is fantastic! all amenities and service provided are as per shown on mmt. Specifically to mention cleanliness is very good. Breakfast was included in my package which was also fantastic. Location is mix- near to city (approx. 4 to 5 kms) as well as highway (just 250 mt-rs- yet no vehicle noise noticed in room. Note- i have booked ac deluxe room

    Nice hotel, good accomodation. Water bottle provided, but no glass to drink from. Room size is commendable. Intercom not working, hence could not order any dinner; also missed on my daily bed tea breakfast was not ready even at 7. 45 am, hence had to leave without it.

    Mg-mt needs to cross check room readiness prior guest arrival. Ac wasnt ready (functional) linen + telephone needed to be fixed. Hot + cold water is a challenge, we were not informed regarding same. Car wash request accepted but not executed.
