The Friday night that we got there, the hot tub wasn't super hot, it was luke warm. Kids also brought garbage into the pool room and it was on the floor. Other than that the room we stayed in was good, except the doors were kinda tricky to close. The front staff fixed our key cards with no issues

You booked me there at 10:00 and they were FULL!!! The desk said they told you at 4:09 pm they were full !!! You got my 430.00$. Seriously?!?! These thumbs down are Trip. Com, not the Sandman

Hotel cleanliness was a major drawback. The carpets were dirty and toilet had stains. I even saw a insect crawling on one of the beds in my room.
