The room has a strange smell. The size of the bed is wrong. They advertised it as king sized bed, but actually it is queen bed. The tall, male receptionist at the frontdesk is condescending and doesn't know the difference between king and queen bed. The room is out of maintenance, the cover for the power switch fell off. Terrible experience, I will never book again.

Hotel aneh, saya pesan kamar dengan tipe kamar double dan pemandangan laut, pas sampe hotel malah mau dikasih kamar twin bed dengan view berbeda, saya sudah mengajukan pembatalan via aplikasi tapi ditolak oleh pihak hotel. Tidak direkomendasikan memang, terutama pelayanannya jelas2 merugikan komsumen.
