房間乾淨。我們住的房間直麵大海。也有的房子在山丘樹林中，根據房費決定。由於地理位置優越海水很平靜沒有浪。適合浮潛皮Kayaking 運動。有多個歺廳，大家最喜歡的是Seaside restaurant, 有非常好吃的海鮮和牛排。

Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Service was really wonderful and enhanced our stay here - it makes such a difference when people are nice to you when you are away from home. There were plenty of excellent food choices for us (one of us being a vegetarian). The hotel has a "normal" side with bars and poolside music, as well as a "quiet" side near the spa without the music...so it was good to have the choice of vibe to sit in. Altogether its a really well run hotel: one we were pleased to have stayed in and one we would definitely return to.

Pros: excellent service, beautiful setting, luxurious and semi-private bungalow-style accommodations, tasty drinks, Adrian at the pool/beach bar, and fun entertainment team. Cons: with the exception of the teppanyaki-style dinner and pool/beach bar menu, the food was not up to par for a resort of this caliber. Desserts were underwhelming and tasted stale and dry; and the notes and special instructions for room service order were never followed properly.

Although we experienced some major issues during the New Years weekend (hotel could not confirm 3 bookings due to 訂房網站.com’s error even though they were paid in full 2 months prior), the front desk and concierge did a fantastic job of helping to resolve the issue. Big kuddos to Yuri Bello for her genuine efforts in taking care of my group. While the Front Desk Manager, Joan Nieto, was also involved in helping resolve the issue, I felt she could have done a better job of acknowledging the issue rather than gaffing me off with a response-well, you’re here now so….

Rooms were luxurious and overall, service was impeccable. Adrian at the pool/beach area was our favorite employee; however, Fabio at Himitsu restaurant could use some training. The food was mediocre at best. At this caliber of an all-inclusive, I expected a more elevated dining experience.
