A nightmare experience: My room key card wouldn't open the door, the food and beer I had stored in the fridge went missing, the toilet seat was removed, the air conditioner was disassembled and non-functional, and the staff were sarcastic. When I complained, they were full of suspicion, even accusing me of lying. I asked if they had a bar, and they kept questioning me and doubting whether I had really lost my food. After changing rooms, the alarm clock in the new room went off repeatedly at 3 AM. The next day, I reported these experiences to the front desk, and when I called to follow up on the third day, the neurotic male staff member rambled for ten minutes, basically doubting everything that had happened. This hotel is like a pirate ship, a total nightmare.
