Booked the room at the last minute because of my feeling sick. We got there at a reasonable time and all I wanted to do was lie down. I felt extremely ill and I didn't want to deal with the grouchy, short and arrogant desk attendant or her nasty looks or attitude. All I needed to do was lie down but due to no information regarding their security deposit of $50 we had to sit and add an application to my phone. After downloading the app and exchanging $50 in cash with my girl we paid the deposit and got our keys for the room. We grabbed our stuff and headed to the room and upon entering that room we were overcome with the smell of moth balls and a strong disinfectant smell. OMG, it was so strong it was sickening. Not what we needed or expected. Not happy about the service or the room and we haven't seen their idea of breakfast yet. God help us and hopefully that will make up for the terrible service and attitude from a horrible employee. If not this is a total zero hotel and should not be able to deal with happy go lucky travelers.

Room rate is the lowest.

What can I say I stayed here for about a week and a half the staff was great they were nice polite and friendly very helpful I really couldn't complain about too much they're cleanliness is decent it may look a little rundown but is it older hotel room they just need to do some updating but for the price you can't beat it anyway from $69 a night 14 depending on the room you want they have a pool each room comes with the TV mini fridge microwave it's in a great location you got Publix across the street Taco Bell and McDonald's you know so on all like I said you can't beat it

AC in room was awesome. Pool was great! Location was fantastic. The actual building is disgusting. The entire place smells really really bad. The beds were horrible. So so so bad. I worn flip flops in the shower. Pretty nasty stuff. But the pool and location rock! Staff was okay.

Never again in that hotel...

The place was filthy, it had a bad foul odor and there were ants in the room. The place ****** and I would never recommend it to my worst enemy!

It's one of the greatest locations in the beautiful downtown Sarasota Florida I bought a mile or two from Marina jacks 3 mi from lido Beach you got mote Marine you have the Marina Jack's restaurant the LaBarge at Marina jacks where you can pay $25 per person and go on a 3-hour cruise offers food drinks and alive band The sunset Cruise then you have also main Street of Sarasota where you'll find bars such as smoke and Joe's The Gator club restaurants such as Madison's EVS etc you can't beat the price the rooms range from $69 a night up to $140 depending on the variety of rooms you get they have double two doubles king size ones with balconies one with patios poolside gardenside all in all I have to say it's a four star hotel it could use a little TLC in a little updating but really can't complain much the staff is nice you got breakfast in the morning cereal waffles orange juice coffee tea so if you're in the area or you come to visit check it out

I don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.
