I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Potmum. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is quiet, which was great after a long day out. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Although not very large (typical Japan size), the layout was practical and comfortable. The bed was firm and provided a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers very good value for money in Sapporo. I would recommend it to travellers looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a convenient yet peaceful area.

It's Ok. I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right.
