酒店雖然不是很大，所謂的四人間也沒有想象中的大，床是1.5米的。但是早餐和服務以及衞生是非常的滿意，前台服務非常禮貌，算是滿意的

位置離鬧區位置遠了一些，走路稍微遠了一點，飯店早餐要去另一個位置吃，下樓的餐廳區沒有供餐，但服務人員非常熱心，服務真的非常棒！

After 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다 아담하지만 실속있구요, 직원들도 친철합니다 조식이 조금 아쉽긴 하지만 그정도는 ㅎㅎ 선플라자에서 조금 떨어져있지만 모아나는 엄청 가깝습니다 조금 다른쪽으로 걸어보는것도 좋은 것 같아요 야미레스토랑 바로 옆에 있습니다

사파에서의 위치도 그리 나쁘지 않았습니다. 직원분들 전부 친절하셨고 인근 여행지나 여행일정에 대한 질문에 잘 대응해 주셨고 객실이용에 불편사항에 대하여 항상 피드백을 받는 모습이 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정리정돈이 잘되어 있었고 숙박 이틀째 청소도 잘 해주셨습니다. 조식은 반미재료와 볶음밥, 소세지, 베이컨, 빵 종류와 계란요리는 따로 주문받아 즉석에서 요리해 주셨습니다. 쥬스와 몇가지의 과일이 있어 조식으로서 과하지도 부족하지도 않은 실속이 있었습니다. 다음 사파 여행을 기대하게 만드는 곳입니다.

업그레이드라고 해준 방 컨디션이 .....무척 나빴다. 방은 습하고 냄새나고 침대 매트리스는 축축했습니다 습해서 에어컨을 켜보려고 했는데 에어컨 리모컨은 먹통... 호텔에서 이렇게 찝찝하게 자보기는 처음

The place was smaller then expected as shown in th pictures, but eveeything was good otherwise. We arrived late into Sapa and we're still able to check in around 1130pm. It is a bit always from the town itself and is a bit more quiet.

위치는 시내와 조금 떨어져있지만 (걸어서 10분정도) 조식이 맛있고. 친절합니다. 다만 화장실 에서 냄새가 나는것은. 조금 아쉬웠구요. 나머지는 만족 합니다.

I like the hotel as the room is spacious and very clean. I really like the beds as they were high and really comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. The lady owner is also very friendly and kind. She shared much information on the lives in Sapa.
