酒店位置很好，離著沙巴火車站非常近。前台能用英語交流，也十分耐心。房間設施齊全、乾淨整潔。還提供摩託車租賃服務，價格為150000VND一天。唯一的缺點就是網絡信號不好，如果住在靠裡麵的房間手機基本沒信號，但是酒店的wifi也不好，網速很慢且經常斷開，晚上在房間裡網絡差看手機就很難受。希望酒店能夠改善一下網絡問題，或許就更好。 The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Sapa station. The front desk can communicate in English and is very patient. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Motorcycle rental services are also available at a price of 150,000VND per day. The only drawback is that the network signal is not good. If you stay in a room near the back, there is basically no signal for mobile phones. However, the hotel's wifi is also not good. The network speed is very slow and often disconnected. It is very uncomfortable to look at the mobile phone in the room at night when the network is poor. I hope the hotel can improve the network problem, maybe it will be better.

Sangat puas dengan hotel ini. Lokasinya dekat dengan Sun plaza dan mudah kemana-mana. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Saya memesan kamar superior tapi mereka upgrade ke deluxe karena kamar superior belum tersedia, tanpa biaya tambahan. Saat check out bisa menitip barang di receptionist. Mereka semua sangat ramah dan paling penting bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik. Terimakasih nomadtrails, sepertinya saya akan kembali lagi nanti.

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable 訂房網站 to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Thank you very much for helping to carry my luggage. I post a photo up the mountain top at 11:51am of 12 Jan 2022.

The interior decoration is luxury. Room has all basic facilities and they work well: air conditioner with heater mode, the bedsheet electric heater, good hot water in shower and face basin. The lift is fast. Water boiler. Toiletries. Instant coffee. 2 bottles of water. Hair drier. 2 pairs of plastic slipper. Staff is efficient and polite. We arrived almost midnight. Lobby lights were turned off and staff slept inside. She came out when we entered and quickly did the check-in. Wi-Fi works well. Very happy with this booking. Room is not brand new but is still very pretty with classic style. Quiet location and we like it. The bed is very very soft.

We like the room so we booked another night. Room has a window and a bit of view facing the East. Next to the hotel is a local place selling Pho and other similar foods. There are some convenience stores around. A short walk to take the cable going to the Fan Xi Pang mountain top. Quite central location and not noisy.
