스탠다드룸을 예약했는데 비수기여서 그런지 디럭스룸으로 업그레이드 받았습니다. 로비직원들도 정말친절하고 생긴지 얼마안돼서 그런지 룸컨디션도 최고였어요!! 다음에 오면 돈을 더 주고 위층에 있는 독채로 예약할 것 같습니다. 조식먹을 때 보니 한국인 숙박객분들도 많은 것 같은데 룸 컨디션을 중요시하면 최고의 선택일 것 같네요

아주 cozy한 방갈로 숙소입니다. 사파시내광장과 아주 가까운 위치예요. 슬리핑버스 타고 와서 체크인전에 별도의 샤워실에서 씻을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 방갈로는 1층은 거실, 2층은 침실과 욕실이 있었는데 욕조도 있어서 좋았어요. 직원들 모두 친절하고 상냥했으며 떠나는 날 가면서 먹으라고 샌드위치도 만들어줬는데 이게 또 넘 맛있었어요. 아침은 좀 부실한 편이었긴 했어요. 근처에 Chusu 라는 곳의 브런치가 진짜 맛있긴 했습니자. 기분좋은 숙박이었어요.

Location was extremely great! Near the sapa station. Front desk was extremely helpful. They helped us booked all the tickets for the journey up fansipan. This was really fuss-free. There are a number of food options around as well. Breakfast was great too with a decent spread. There is even shower facilities available after check out, allowing us to clean up before boarding our sleeper bus back to Hanoi. Thank you for the great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Pine Hill Hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town center. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The view from the hotel is beautiful, especially in the morning with the fresh mountain air. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend Sapa Pine Hill Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded our deluxe double room to 2 bedroom bungalow so that we have connecting room and living room area with friends. They always greeted us when we are going out and when we came back from our itinerary. The view was amazing from the bungalow balcony. The breakfast pho and omelette was served on the spot. The day we check out of pine, they provide us fresh sandwiches for our journey. Cries... They are wonderful.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Pine Hills. The staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout my visit. They even prepared a supper for me when I arrived early morning after taking an overnight train.Great service and warm hospitality — highly recommended!
