I had a great stay at La Casa Sa Pa Hotel, especially as a friend group traveling together. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, which we all enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. Plus, it was just a minute's walk to Sa Pa Station, making it very convenient for our adventures. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sa Pa with friends!

They are kind and understanding enough to change my booking date for a day without extra charges. Location is near the center and can have all the restaurants and rentel services just by walking. Breakfast is also fair to have at the hotel. Totally great.

Located in sapa town center. Got lot of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Got indian restaurants also nearby. Close to Fansipan railway station. Neat and clean rooms. Only drawback is it doesn't have lift. But helpers are there to take all items to room.

I stayed with my mom and we were treated very nicely by the staff and the hotel is very close to sun plaza. There’s a supermarket and spa just downstairs too. They provided us with free herbal foot spa vouchers as well. The view from my balcony was amazing.

Undvik detta hotel! Först och främst är hela byggnaden extremt gammalt och dåligt skick. Alla hotel i Sapa har bättre standard än denna. Förstår inte varför den har 3 stjärnor. Den förtjänar inte ens en stjärna!. Nej jag överdriver inte. Rummet jag fick stämde inte överrens med bilden jag bokade på 訂房網站. Jag fick ett nytt rum men sedan kom nästa bekymmer. WIFI i hela byggnaden är katastrofal. Det använder wifi 4 vilket är ca 15-20 år gammal teknik. Om du vill kunna använda wifi här kan du glömma. Jag kunde inte använda datorn för att arbete. Jag valde därför klaga och ville checka ut en dag tidigare men det de vägrade att acceptera det och ville inte återbetala en natt. Fruktansvärt dålig service när den själva inte kan erbjuda fungerande wifi. Stort tack till 訂房網站 som var villiga att erbjuda mig coins så att jag kunde få rabatt på nästa hotel. Sammanfattning av detta hotell: * Äckligt gammalt och slitet hotel. * Mycket ljud genom fönster, dålig isolering. * Ingen hiss * Fattig frukost * Dålig service Dyrt för vad du får. Priset ligger runt 25-30 dollar/natt Välj något annat!!!

Everything was good and Location wise it’s very close to the Sun plaza, 2/3 min walk. Staff was helpful and Kind. Only downside is they don’t have elevator but staff will help to carry it. We enjoyed our stay there.
