Отличное расположение отеля. Номер с балконом и видом точно стоит того. Вид красивый, кровать очень удобная, в номере есть кондиционер, который в том числе работает на обогрев. Меняют полотенца и ставят новые бутылки с водой и пакетики кофе каждый день. В лобби внизу можно попить горячий чай. Сам отель не самый новый, местами не помешает ремонт, но плюсы очевидны.

A pleasant stay at Sapa Elite Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was good overall. There was no breakfast provided, but this was not a big issue for us. We travelled using HK Bus, and the hotel was convenient as there was a shuttle bus service. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!

The people are a little nicer than the locals in Hanoi ☹️ still no English Speaking Staff The place is better than Hanoi it has view of the mountains 🩷🩷🩷 The foods and shopping is not as expensive in Hanoi. Sapa is way better than Hanoi

Room looks old and dusty at some areas, bad smell coming from toilet bowl. Limited hot water for showering. Bed is clean and service is good though. Location wise, definitely walkable to the central area where food and amenities are located, but the hotel itself requires a short walk up a hill. As it is a one way road with a dead end, not convenient for vehicles to pick up/drop off when there are multiple vehicles going in opposite directions, which causes traffic to be stuck/vehicles needing to reverse down the hill
