薩帕謎思特度假村 (The Myst Sapa Resort)

超級好，酒店很新，還有一部分功能設施還在修建，在半山腰，歡迎茶點巨好吃，巨好喝，而且服務態度非常高，賊貼心，唯一其缺點就是洗澡下水有點慢。

Love the environment, the location, service and staff. Perfect for a chill break to wind down. Upon our arrival in early morning, the staffs had accommodated us with our needs to freshen up though the room is not available for check in yet. On our departure, we were given a meaningful small souvenir and Henry was sharing us about the places around. Will be looking forward to visit Sapa on a different season and back to The Myst again.

My wife and I stayed at The Myst Sapa Resort for our 25th wedding anniversary and were delighted. The beautifully designed resort offers comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and warm, attentive service. Henry went above and beyond, arranging taxis, tours, and a special items which we requested. Its central yet peaceful location is ideal for exploring Sapa. Highly recommended for a special stay.

El alojamiento 10/10, nos recibieron en la recepción con una pequeña merienda, muy amables nos acompañaron a la habitación primero y luego nos llevaron ellos el equipaje. Nos subieron de calidad de habitación gratis. Las instalaciones 10/10 y dónde está situado también. La única pega que le pondríamos es el ruido, no sabíamos si estaban de obras dentro del hotel o cerca, pero a partir de las 7:00 am están dando golpes y haciendo bastante ruido por lo que a partir de esa hora ya es imposible descansar hasta por la tarde que paren sobre las 6:00 pm

We stumbled in at 7am needing somewhere to stay and leave our bags. I’m so glad I came across the hotel on google! It’s brand spanking new! The lovely lady at reception sorted us out and allowed us early check-in so we could shower before an activity pickup at 7:30am. I could not boast about this property more! It’s STUNNING!!!! While parts are still under construction it doesn’t take away from the experience. Just stunning! We were grateful to receive a room upgrade as there were only a handful of guests. Breakfast is amazing! Dinner was amazing! The pool, AMAZING. Special meantion to Dhu (I believe that’s his name). He took the time to talk to us as we waited for dinner, if he is the only Vietnamese person you met he is a great representation! Cannot say enough about this place, so thankful!

Потрясающий отель? Который только-только открыт. Нашли его в экстренных условиях, взамен другого, в котором не смогли пробыть и нескольких минут. Этот отель дизайнерский, чистенький, с прекрасными видами, с прекрасным сервисом, персонал очень приветливый и делает пребывание в отеле комфортным и приятным, исполняет все просьбы. Вкусные завтраки с яйцами пашот и лососем, вкусные ужины от шеф-повара (ужинали все ночи только в отеле, так как хороший сервис, подача, вкусно и ценник, как и в других заведениях в Сапе: безумно вкусная утка и говядина долгого томления). В отеле много приятностей для гостей: бесплатные чаепития, бесплатные коктейли с 17 до 18, иногда приглашают диджеев, happy hour для коктейлей с 17 до 19. В общем, в это время в отеле очень вайбовая атмосфера, где можно расслабиться и замедлиться у костра с прекрасными видами на горы и сосны. А отеле вообще атмосфера, как будто я побывала в Европе, в Швейцарии.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️

Останавливались на 1 ночь в данном отеле. Отель просто чудесный, только недавно открылся, все чистое, персонал очень дружелюбный. Пока спа и массаж не работает, потому что отель новый. Вечернее меню в ресторане потрясающее

We thoroughly enjoyed our night here following 2 nights spent in the Hoa Muong Valley. It was exactly what we hoped; a relaxing night stay with sauna, swimming pool and gym. The hotel is brand new and all aspects were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant made even more special by our waiter (Mr Du) who chatted to us about his culture and the area and made us feel incredibly welcomed and looked after.
