我住了兩天，第三天他們説會幫我把行李209搬到202，回到酒店找不到行李，他們給我放在外面桌球廳！裡面有美金和泰銖現金，就算丟在外面也應該放在前台，而不是丟在外面！實在太氣人了！ 如果現金丟了算誰的！ 酒店的毛巾和浴巾都有肥皂水！ 衞生也不行！

付了房費居然幫我把行李隨便人在外面，説好把我的行李209搬到202，下午回到酒店找不到行李，告訴我放在公共區域，就算要把我行李拿出來也應該放前台，這個客房經理該下崗了， 行李有手機，美金，泰銖等現金，不知道丟了算誰的責任！ 酒店的藉口就是給我換的房間當時沒打掃好，所以把我的行李放外面了，説聲抱歉，這個是處理事情的態度嗎？ 酒店的毛巾。浴巾。每天都有肥皂水很噁心，我都沒跟他們説。居然我付了錢的房間。給我吧行李人在公共大廳，這個客房經理該下崗了！

房間挺乾淨，從房間能看到山脈的風景。酒店供的早餐蠻豐富。有一個可以説中文的前台姐姐，非常熱情，總的來説非常不錯

Absolutely loved our stay at Sapa Lumia! ❤️ It already looked beautiful in the photos, but it was even more stunning in person. It honestly exceeded my expectations, especially the view, it was absolutely breathtaking! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because I wanted to stay somewhere a little away from the city center. I really wanted to experience Sapa’s nature and wake up to beautiful mountain views instead of seeing buildings and establishments everywhere. And this hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I also loved the shortcut going to the city. It’s only around 200 meters away, so despite being away from the busy center, it’s still very accessible and convenient. The perfect balance of peaceful surroundings and easy access to the town. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Lumia Hotel! The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I especially loved the bathtub, where I could chill and enjoy a peaceful moment after a long day exploring Sapa. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their excellent service made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was also delicious and enjoyable, making every morning even better! Overall, a lovely hotel with stunning views, great facilities, delicious breakfast, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Sapa! ❤️

The room is big and new. Overall maintenance still up there. The room and hotel cleanliness was good The location is not really centre but you search before book. Service was great! Personally don’t feel this place suitable for senior as the design of the walkway to hotel not that friendly to senior.
