前台客服很親切，也樂於助人。我住的是有陽台的房間，可以看到美麗的景色。步行到Sun plaza也很靠近。四周圍有許多吃的，按摩的，非常方便。非常滿意這次的住宿。

I had a wonderful stay at Lestar Hotel Sapa. The three male staff at the front desk were all incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that even after we checked out, they kindly allowed us to use the bathroom to take a shower before our journey. Очень понравился этот отель. Местоположение удобное, до центра близко. Бронировали номер с видом на каньон и не прогадали, вид прекрасен. Из зоны кафе такой же вид. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Рекомендуем 👍🏻

I was very disappointed with the reception lady, don’t understand why put this rude lady to the position. Very poor communication such bad experience. She asked to pay more first, I wasn’t happy I didn’t want to pay more but she just laughed and she said this is difficult for her. She said my room’s view is not good. She makes the checking in very complicated. I won’t come back again. The restaurant is great, the staffs are amazing, helpful and friendly!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Lestar Hotel Sapa! I stayed in Room 808, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mist rolling over the mountains made every morning feel magical. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location was also perfect, close enough to walk to the town center, restaurants, and attractions, while still being peaceful and quiet.
