酒店位置跟Google map顯示的不一樣 應該要定位在Matsu cafe 房間看到的風景很美 跟網上的圖是一模一樣的 房間也很大 淋浴區都能看到風景 熱水也夠 只是下去房間的路如果拿著行李箱要枱下石台階會有點累 還有有蟲蟲會進去房間之外 整體都非常好 附近走5分鐘左右就有間spa也不錯的 非常推介去sapa的人想遠離市區看山景的人來住！。

Прекрасный отель, очень милые домики в горах, уединенно расположенные. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, и наш номер уже был готов, так что нас заселили раньше без каких либо доплат. При отеле есть замечательно кафе, с очень милым барменом. Обязательно попробуйте white coffee.

The view from my cabin is spectacular and the air conditioning is good with a clean nice shower bathroom which has a window to peek outside. The hotel is housed inside Matsu cafe and they have nice food there to offer. Downside is there are insects visiting the room but it can't be helped since it is integrated as part of nature.

Definitely a nice place to stay in Sapa! The environment and location are great, and the service is excellent. Matsu Coffee, owned by the same owner, is also a chill spot — the coffee and food are delicious. The only downside is that the stairs can be quite slippery during the rainy season.

I don’t regret my decision to book this accommodation at all — the view from the room and the surrounding area was surreal and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was acceptable. Unfortunately, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for early check-in, which I understand. However, since I did not proceed with the early check-in request, I expected the room to be in clean and ready condition upon arrival. Sadly, there were hairs on the bedsheet and next to the bed, as well as some stains on the sheet, which indicated that it had not been properly cleaned before my check-in. There is also a café on the property called Matsu Café, where guests can enjoy coffee and meals (non-halal). I visited twice during my stay. The barista was very nice and friendly. On my departure day, while I was waiting for my transport, he kindly offered me a cup of hot tea, which I truly appreciated.

Perfect view of the terrace field from your room. It's such breathtaking. But the only thing you've to worry about is the insects nearby might fly into your room.

D home 10 Sapa was perfect for our stay in Sapa. We communicated easily prior to checking in to provide some guidance on how to locate the property (don't go to d home sapa 10 on Google maps, Matsu cafe is the correct location on maps for the hotel). The room and view itself (provided in pictures) was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. We generally walked to and from the property to get to town which is a short walk up hill from the property to town. The bed was super comfy and the lodge space was large enough for the two of us. We would absolutely stay here again if in Sapa!

La experiencia ha sido excelente de principio a fin. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de Sa Pa. El personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que la estancia sea aún mejor. Ubicación ideal, buen ambiente y una relación calidad-precio fantástica.
