Huge Thanks to the receptionist Kelvin and room boy top notch service with extra miles handling our luggage. please give both of them a big bonus this year's performance review. 7 ⭐ For the management attention, the hotel room allocated for us at building 2 was damp not fresh. 3 ⭐ only!

Just a 5-minute walk to Sun World Plaza, but located on a peaceful street that guarantees a good night's sleep. Avoid the noise from the bars on the main square. The breakfast is good, and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Babeeni hotel. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome. Jenny the receptionist was outstanding and very helpful. She organised our 訂房網站 to the local Hmong village and even made sure we had a vegetarian lunch which we weren’t expecting. She gave us information for the best times to see things in Sapa and also upgraded our room for us. She also went above and beyond by giving her mobile number as a contact when our Qatar flight got cancelled and we needed a Vietnamese number. She really is a credit to the hotel.  The room was lovely, cleaned every day with the most amazing digital shower ever with constant hot water. The bed was very comfortable with choice of pillows and the room had a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water refilled daily. Couldn’t fault anything staying here. The breakfast had great choice, the location was perfect away from the bustling noisy streets of Sapa but still very walkable into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Sapa then definitely stay here. You’ll love it.
