This hotel was ok, the service was exceptional, the young girl on the front desk was very kind and helpful. She helped us organise tours and places to eat. The room was nice, bathroom was a little weird but everything worked so no problem. The location was great. Really the only thing I could say is the bed was very firm but that wasn’t a huge issue and there are lots of hard surfaces so sound carries and the rooms are very noisy when other guests are walking through hallways. I just wore ear plugs and all good

We had an absolutely great time here. Great location, beautiful, big and very very clean room, good natural light, excellent wifi, everything worked perfect in the room. The staff was great. We arrived very late at night, and they were very helpful. An, who speaks very good English, gave us a lot of information about Sapa, and helped us book our bus from Sapa to Cat Ba. I highly recommend this place!. I felt very comfy here.

我們提前到SA PA，凌晨4：30, 所以得付20萬越南盾為了提前入住。這就是同一規定的。沒問題。 房間很好，很乾凈很舒服。有電梯，所以很好。 問題就是老款是熱水器。衹能洗25分鐘。熱水如果前一個人用完了，還得等一等水熱才能洗澡。不然非常冷. 賓館去哪兒都方便。從酒店點往酒店後看走就看到湖。然後一直走就會路過市區，然後到SA PA station。就要去FANSIPAN. 附近有SAPA STORY餐廳，往前走就是CAT CAT VILLAGE

Very nice stay. Free water, coffee, tea everyday. Everyday clean bathrobes and housekeeping. Very nice lady at reception giving advice. Scooter rental. Ac also hot.
