服務態度蠻好的，房間也別具一格，風景不錯

First, the picture in their social media is not true. I am a solo traveler and loves comfort. So I booked a hotel good for 2 and it come with breakfast (see photo reference). But when I arrived, comes my first disappointment. The room is way too small. The bathroom is bigger than the actual room that you don’t know where to put your luggage. I slept with my luggage because the room is pure bed. When you stand up, your head will touch ceiling. I’m just 5’8 for God’s sake. Next, there’s no TV or WiFi. How the **** the hotel don’t have a WiFi? Is this 1950? The only working WiFi is in reception. It’s not a problem for me until I used all my data that I need to connect. I have a work so I need connection. They said they have 24 hours reception so I asked if I could stay because I have to work. They don’t allow because the staff will be sleeping. The heck. When I check out this morning, I paid an extra 150,000 dong. I asked why and told me it’s for the breakfast for 2 days, 75,000 dong per breakfast. I told the staff I paid for it when I booked it and even show my booking reference but they don’t recognize. That time, I only have enough money for me to go back to airport but I still paid. Now, I’m 5,000 dong short for my taxi fare. I asked them if they could exchange my peso to dong but they refused. I showed them that if I booked grad, it’ll be 45,000 dong and I only have 40k. I just asked for extra 5k dong but offered instead to find a taxi. I thought she’ll talk to taxi for a fixed price but hey no. She just offered a metered taxi. I was confused that time because what if it’ll go beyond what I have. So I said I can’t ride a metered taxi. But she’s shouting. I may not understand what she’s saying, but she’s shouting and pissed! The heck! I should be the one who’s pissed. I still ended up riding that taxi and lucky enough it was exactly 40k dong. But it’s a no for this hotel. If only I could give a negative 100 for a review I will. Trust me.
