The location is good but after it get darks the area turns into dangerous location. The rooms need renovation and the rooms are too small. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of different things. There was a young lady with long black hair in the lobby, she was a bit rude and she even did not speak a word in English. That is very strange that such a big hotel with many foreign tourists, someone in the lobby without speaking a word in English

The location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Sao Paulo. Not recommended to walk out at night as it gets pretty seedy in the area. Rooms are basic and tired. We were first given a standard room then were transferred to what I thought might be an upgrade, as we paid more for the room than listed. Turns out they put us in a handicapped room that more resembled a very sterile hospital room. It was bigger, but much less comfortable. You can hear plenty of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings.

Excelente atendimento de todo o quadro de funcionários da recepção, muito cordiais, bons aspectos de limpeza, muito bom café da manhã. Ótima localização para quem vai a 25 de março.

O hotel fica em localização privilegiada. O acesso a pontos de táxi, metrô, restaurantes e padarias é rápido. O café da manhã é excelente. O atendimento é muito bom. Como em outros hotéis onde fiquei, parece que não oferece um bebedouro externo (na recepção, por exemplo) para os hóspedes, o que acho que tem que mudar. Todo mundo que é hóspede deve ter acesso gratuito (ou já incluso no preço da estadia) à agua.

As instalações são antigas mas são boas, exceto em relação à taboa da privada que estava quebrada e incomodava. O serviço se mostrou razoável, com demora no atendimento. O café da manha estava muito bom e farto. Foi um dos pontos altos da estadia. A localização é boa e de fácil acesso. Ficaria novamente no hotel pelo custo benefício.
