Selecionei no site 2 camas de solteiro e o atendente resolveu dar o que ele quis uma de casal, eu estava muito cansado para reclamar. No site disse bem claro que eu tenha uma criança de 3 anos, não sei porque não apareceu no sistema.

The location is good but after it get darks the area turns into dangerous location. The rooms need renovation and the rooms are too small. The breakfast is very good and there are lots of different things. There was a young lady with long black hair in the lobby, she was a bit rude and she even did not speak a word in English. That is very strange that such a big hotel with many foreign tourists, someone in the lobby without speaking a word in English

Hotel precário e em área perigosa, mas quem reserva, já deve saber disso. A vantagem é a proximidade com a 25 de março e o Brás e bem próximo da tradicional Av São João.

The location is convenient to explore the historic centre of Sao Paulo. Not recommended to walk out at night as it gets pretty seedy in the area. Rooms are basic and tired. We were first given a standard room then were transferred to what I thought might be an upgrade, as we paid more for the room than listed. Turns out they put us in a handicapped room that more resembled a very sterile hospital room. It was bigger, but much less comfortable. You can hear plenty of noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings.
