酒店的價格性價比還是非常不錯的，不好的地方就是離機場近噪音有些大，床單不是特別乾淨。早餐比較簡單一些，尤其是炒的雞蛋，裡面都很多水，不好吃。

There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

Apesar do recente apagão elétrico em São Paulo, o hotel conseguiu prestar satisfatoriamente o serviço, mesmo com o sistema de reservas muito lento. A localização é ideal pra quem viaja em Congonhas, melhor impossível.
