這間酒店是外來者的夢魘，沒有whatsapp啥也做不了，10℃的天氣酒店沒被子，找前台加不了，讓whatsapp登記，wifi也要whatsapp

The reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.

This is not a hotel. Zero room service. No clean towels or extra blanket when u cold in night. But have positive things: house comfort, very safe which is important in sao paolo, very friendly staff. Amazing location. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect place, very nice building staff, good security. But these all belong to the apartment, not hotel management. No room service. No changing towels, clean the room, i asked for extra blanket many days but no result. Even though it is clean and big place. If you wAnt to take care of your own staff it is a good place to stay.
