Very good accomodation, looks exactly like the picture. The room was very clean but the blanket had stains on it. The building lies in a quiet street (for São Paulo), only two minutes walk from Paraiso subway station, there is a pharmacy and a supermarket 30 m from the building and few restaurants around (be aware that these do not open on Sundays, so you have to eat somewhere else or buy food at the supermarket). We did have problems checking in online but got help through their WhatsApp services and it did not take long. The surroundings are safe. We are certainly staying here next time.
