No water, couldn't fix it or give me another room. I arrived Thursday and my room had no water, I called and explained, they said they would contact the local team. Friday morning I called again since no responde was given, they said someone could get it fixed but I would have to wait until 4 pm. I ended up having to change hotels Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Péssimo atendimento da Charlie! Não tem nenhum trato com o cliente. Ficamos 3 dias sem qualquer limpeza, não tinha nem reposição de toalhas, sabonete e shampoo. Não foi feita nenhum limpeza do quarto e nem da toalha. Não tinha ninguém na recepção e nem a sauna era possível usar pois dependia da abertura pela recepção que nunca estava na portaria. Não recolheram nem o lixo, não recolheram nem quando colocamos do lado de fora do quarto! Foi impossível ficar no local por mais de 3 dias! Precisamos reservar outro hotel. Atendimento péssimo até pelo chat! Não indico para ninguém. O quarto em si não é ruim, somente a total falta de assistência da empresa Charlie!

This place is rubbish, you’ll regret ur stay. Upon checkin it, the floor was dirty with lots of long hairs. The front desk which is not 24hrs & the doorman via the intercom has no idea & tells guest to contact Admin via their dedicted Whatsapp number. Surprise surprise, been trying that since 9:30am & now is 19:40 with zero reply.

Pontos a melhorar. O protocolo de entrada tem que ser mais eficiente. No que diz respeito a limpeza, um lençol estava sujo. Por fim, os esquipamentos estavam desligados nas tomadas. Anexo imagem do lençol.

It was a great stay for three nights. Its a new and modern building near the metro and bus station so you can travel around the city easily. The apartment is new, fully equipped, clean, good size including a big balcony, netflix and fast internet. The place is near restaurants.

Experiência foi ruim no geral. Prédio teve um problema e ficaram dando diversos prazos e desculpas diferentes, sem tentar de fato ajudar os hóspedes. No final tive que sair no meio da estadia e agora vou ter que brigar por reembolso.
