The location, the setting, the facilities and cleanliness is pretty good. The issue is with their service. We tried calling the reception during the working hours and there was no answer. They also did not call us back. If we are lucky, we will see a staff and get some assistance. It is important to have a car of your own otherwise it is difficult to get around in the resort. The total that the hotel charged is way more than what was shown in 訂房網站 website. Even if I include the city tax it was still high. It is important to give a clear picture of the total amount of the booking. Just to put it in context, there was almost Euro 150 difference between what was shown in Trip website and the final amount that I paid to the hotel. This is a shocker for me. And of course it is not what I want to have a first experience of using Trip website. This needs to be looked into.
