位置挺好的，離蜈支洲島碼頭很近，海景房風景漂亮，房間乾淨智能。老闆人也很好，早上還有早市吃飯也超方便

差的要死，訂房間一定要看一下評價，因為腳受傷去不了，沒有幾個小時，聯繫退款，不給退，缺錢缺到這種程度了，外地遊客拉黑你們這玩，就是這樣對待的，差評，大家一定看評論以後再定酒店，在看他們評價，房間裡面衞生也比較差，反正挺垃圾，……

房間首先很乾凈，也很溫馨，有陽台也能看海，最重要價格我覺得很合適，出門附近還有個洞穴打卡處。方便，推薦

The hotel is in very poor and unsanitary condition. The structure looks run-down, badly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. The room was dirty, covered in dust, with visible mold on the walls and a strong smell of humidity that made the air heavy and unhealthy. The overall hygiene level was extremely disappointing and clearly not suitable for guests. The view overlooks the harbor, but unfortunately this does not add any charm. There is a strong smell of fish and general dirtiness outside, which makes the environment far from romantic or pleasant. The surrounding area feels neglected and unclean. We did not stay even one night. We entered the room, assessed the conditions, and immediately realized that it was not safe or acceptable, especially for someone with asthma. The presence of mold and poor air quality made it impossible to even consider sleeping there. The most frustrating part was the behavior of the owner. He was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. During our initial conversation, he assured us that there would be no problem with providing a refund. However, when we contacted 訂房網站 through their official chat support and requested the refund, the property later refused to approve it. This inconsistency and lack of integrity were extremely disappointing. Because of the unsanitary conditions, the health concerns, and the owner’s behavior, we have reported the property to the relevant tourism authorities. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property and choose another place. It is better to leave immediately than risk your health, comfort, and a very stressful experience.
