酒店在懸崖邊，距機場和費拉小鎮都大約5~10分鐘車程，與周邊的3個酒店共享來回費拉小鎮的酒店班車；酒店正對火山島，俯瞰可整個海灣，景色和看日落絕佳；衞生乾淨，設施簡單，電視尺寸很小；早餐不錯，日落晚餐的伴唱挺好的。

環境非常好👍游泳池也很乾凈，面朝大海，屋子也很乾凈早餐也很棒！很適合情侶，但是位置一般不在主要景區，但是有免費的大巴車可以到fira。

Enjoyed my stay!! The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day. Definitely recommend! Will visit again.

房間乾淨衞生，無敵海景。餐廳位置很好可以看日落。就不知道是不是因為季節原因戶外陽台蒼蠅比較多。 酒店管家Niko非常貼心，非常耐心細緻介紹聖島和酒店情況，退房那天去FIRA小鎮回酒店怎麼也叫不到車，眼看要誤機了，給NIKO電話後，他親自開車接我們到酒店拿了行李再把我們送到機場，給他費用他也不收。 Niko's warm and thoughtful service impress me deeply, it's appreciated very much!

Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.
