This is the worst hotel!!!!! First, we need to walk a long stairs to arrive at the hotel. And the stairs are very dirty because it is full of donkey dung.
Secondly, when we arrived at our hotel room, we need to go to the rotated stairs to our bedroom. It is very unacceptable. The rotated stairs look like the toy for the cat/dog to climb there. It is very dangerous to climb the rotated stairs to the bedroom.
We can’t accept this uncomfortable room. We requested the hotel to change another room for us but he said he couldn’t. This made us so angry. We did not stay in their hotel. And they said they will not refund us. This made us angry and messed up our Santorini 訂房網站.
We immediately found another hotel and did not stay in the Old Castle Oia. We are really angry. I can’t believe they provide the guest this small and uncomfortable room. The Old Castle Oia hotel is the worst hotel!!!
