Personal hat sich sehr bemüht, ABER das Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Dusche hatte braune Flecken, überall Haare auf dem Boden und auch das Waschbecken war überhaupt nicht sauber. Beim Frühstück das gleiche. Frühstücksauswahl war nicht sonderlich viel. Der Boden war genauso dreckig voller Haare. Die Strandliegen waren eine Katastrophe, sodass wir nicht einmal dort liegen wollten!  Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben und versucht alles auszubessern was nicht in Ordnung war.

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton

Location 10 mins from airport Santorini, excellent but it 20 mins from Fira the main attraction areas. Hotel is clean, room is clean. Come w flip- flop for the beach, slipper in the room ect… room was plenty of space for 1-2-3 people. Come w a sofa n coffee table in the room. Also you got your own pool right outside the room w u dint want to swim in the big pool. But if you swim in the big pool you have to pay extra!!! ***!!! It a resort y would they charged for $ to swim in the big pool. But the young girl in the front desk that work the evening to night shift was super nice and awesome. She upgrade n let me swim in the pool w no extra charge. ++ service right there. Price is very high since it is a resort. Breakfast was included n it’s very good.
