離開酒店了，好好再整理一下這次糟糕的經歷： 23號到的時候，辦入住，然後到了房間發現房間不適合我們的2大3小，然後房間就在馬路上，旁邊就是個停車場，沒有安全感，沒有私隱，沒用任何景觀。然後前台通知我們要去補交小童住房費用才可以把沙發整理成床，我表示房間和網上看到的圖片不一樣，要求換房間，然後才帶我們去其他房間看看，看完我才知道給我們安排的2大3小房間完全遠離他們靠海邊的主題酒店群，然後我們要求住主體酒店群的房間，然後我們付費升級，加付了560歐兩個晚上，但是房間衹有一張大床，加了3張小床，然後30平米的房間就基本上沒有走動的空間了，然後我們又有小孩又有行李就勉強住下來。 24號一早我就要求換至少2張床的房間，這是我們一開始就需要的房間，然後又讓我們付費180歐才給換，換完我們24號晚上入住發現熱水浴缸一點熱水都沒有，然後叫過來維修還是沒有熱水，説可能天氣不好明天早上就有熱水，但是25號早上也是沒有，小朋友非常期待的游泳時間也沒有了，非常失望，一家人的聖託里尼假期被搞得非常糟糕。 25號早餐我們預約的是9點，然後8點就送過來，一直敲門，我不開門還在門口喊，很凶喊話，然後我聽這樣的語氣就不給開門，還用他們的話**，不知道什麼意思。 24號晚上一直被外面的噪音影響，一直到凌晨兩點半沒辦法休息，房間的冰箱就跟轟炸機一樣的噪音，然後浴缸/泳池雖然沒有用但是也是超級臟，一堆死的蚊子和其他臟的東西，垃圾到不行。 25號中午退房被要求另外付早餐的費用，可能是溝通問題，但是當時入住説是免費的。總體來講，太不應該置頂推送這樣的酒店給帶孩子的家庭，而且是一直推送置頂推薦的非常不專業。非常糟糕的一次旅行，我們一家五口第一次來聖託里尼沒有留下好的經歷，好的回憶！我們的旅行被破壞了，身心疲憊，精神狀態非常糟糕！！！垃圾酒店垃圾服務！！！

房間陽台對著愛琴海，位置很好。旁邊有餐廳，也是看日落的絕佳位置。有服務員搬運行李入住和退房。衞生很好，乾淨整潔。房間內有茶包及膠囊咖啡，有全自動咖啡機。早餐十分豐盛，麵包、蛋糕、甜點、雞蛋、水果、牛奶、咖啡、橙汁都有，兩人根本吃不完。早餐可選擇送到房間，在陽台上對著愛琴海享用豐盛早餐，絕對是一生難得的體驗！前台值班的服務員熱情待客，幫助我們預約出租車、兌換硬幣、帶路找朋友的房間，等等。在聖託里尼住在這個酒店三晚，留下極佳印象。

Stay is good but room is really small for 2 person. Shower wasn’t great coz could not control the water temperature. The services were great. Very helpful upon checked-in and out. The staff helped to area our luggage to the room. They were skillful coz the walking steps can be challenging. The view is spectacular outside our room. Quiet corner which we get to enjoy our breakfast outside the room.

AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

I can't tell you enough how much I recommend this hotel, from the start the staff, the experience, the rooms, the breakfast, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend and use this hotel again. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience of santorini!

很滿意的酒店，這次訂的公寓是兩臥一衞一客廳，非常適閤家庭出遊。酒店門口有停車位，淡季門口停車不用愁。這個房型遺憾的是不能完整看懸崖景觀，離懸崖有一定距離。

Thanks to Chrysa for helping us choose a great room, we stayed three nights.I loved my balcony.Then the waiter was great, he helped us with our luggage.Breakfast was fantastic, especially the yogurt, I can't get over it.Recommended for vacation.
