One word: RUN! This so-called five-star hotel is nothing more than a low-end budget stay dressed up with fancy photos. 1. Terrible location of the room – Our room was right beside a narrow corridor that constantly smelled of animals (like donkeys!) mixed with the traffic of passing guests. The odor was unbearable. 2. Run-down facilities – The condition of the hotel is shocking: peeling paint, dirty staircases, a broken bathroom door lock, rusty fixtures, and dust in every corner. Nothing resembled five-star standards. 3. No soundproofing whatsoever – The noise was horrendous. On top of that, the hotel’s own bar blasted music until late at night, so loud it felt like trying to sleep in a nightclub. Impossible to rest. 4. Poor complaint handling – Even after filing a complaint and being moved to another room, the problems persisted. The pool was filthy, covered in dust, and completely unusable. 5. False advertising of the “infinity pool” – The stunning pool featured in the promotional photos is nothing but a scam. It’s restricted to just four lucky units, while the rest of the guests are kept away. None of this is mentioned in the booking description. 6. No proper reception or customer service – The hotel has no dedicated front desk. Communication with the platform took over 12 hours each time and led to no effective resolution. Overall: a complete scam! For the same price, you can and should book a genuine five-star hotel elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money here.

千挑萬選，價格合理，景色完美。 1，我們選擇fira，公共交通方便，地圖搜尋fira bus stop從酒店步行5分鐘，大bus 全島暢通2-2.5歐一人。機場半小時。去哪兒都方便。 2，在fira酒店位置絕佳，當然爬上爬下是難免的，衹要是懸崖酒店。機場酒店我們都是預訂接送，40歐，公價，會有工作人員拿行李幫忙搬運，不然下車這一路會破壞心情，也很不方便。給點小費給小哥（小黑哥撇撇嘴似乎對2歐不是很滿意，孩子爸説小費這種是陋習，類似於舊社會那種大老爺的打賞，確實不在我們的世界裡，有服務費就寫清楚好了嘛） 3， 由於沒有大堂前台，這個是這類住宿的通病。但是好在，前台經理和服務生都在等候我們check in 會仔細講一下具體注意。熱情專業。 4，早餐我很喜歡，儘管種類不多，但可以點一下熱食，例如煎蛋。風景很棒。 5，晚餐，酒店到晚上也有餐廳，我們還是選擇嘗試一些當地餐館，aris 和fanari. fanari很好吃，推薦，尤其那個烤魚，個人口味更比aris好吃兩個等級，而且隔壁桌點的那種大披薩感覺也不錯，希臘美食salvalika 和什麼什麼卡 （土豆茄子，烤串捲餅）都很好吃。 6，唯一的問題，酒店餐廳晚上是一個bar性質的餐廳，所以有dj 音樂即使關上門也有些聲音，老年人，睡覺困難的就繞過吧。我們已經白天累蒙啦，無這個煩惱： 7，酒店房間的室外泡綱也不錯，這邊就都是日落下景觀，很愜意。入口就是打卡拍照位置。去過oia後，整體我覺得比oia適合住宿。 8，周圍真的很方便，本來預訂Santorini遊艇但是天氣取消了，一點遺憾。其他都完美。

去之前和酒店的聯繫就靠郵件，因為我們這裡上不了WhatsApp,他們用不來微信。所以有啥問題就給酒店發郵件，回覆還是很快的。 聖島上的房子基本都是酒店或民宿，出租車一般都不能直達門口。最好讓酒店聯繫機場接送，價格是40歐（好像旺季會上浮）這樣到了司機會和酒店聯繫派人來接。 酒店位於費拉小鎮比較中心的位置，離商業，汽車站很近，去伊亞鎮也很方便，乘車半個小時就到了。 這個房間衹有一個洗手間＋淋浴室，所以一家三口住還是可以的。梳化床放出來還是蠻大的，但是走道就會變得很窄。整個衞生間比較緊湊，多一個人都會覺得有點擠😂😂具體可以看一下視頻 早餐非常豐富，雞蛋，麵包，小漢堡，三明治，可頌🥐，水果，cheese餅，希臘酸奶，橙汁，茶水，每人一份，吃都吃不完。重點是，它家的餐廳正對著愛琴海，一般享受早餐一邊看著美景，無敵了😊

All hotel staffs are so nice. They helped us carrying all suitcases from our car to the hotel. The room is clean. We are so enjoyed staying this hotel.

空港からのタクシーで向かいましたが、車で直接ホテルの前までは行けなく、スーツケースを持って向かいました。 メイン通りからも近いため、フィラの観光にはとても良い場所です。また、ホテルからの景色もとても良いです。 朝食の品數は少なめですが、アラカルトの*メニューなどもありました。 帰りはホテルからタクシーを手配いただきましたが、ホテルからタクシーまで荷物を運んでいただき、とても助かりました。 総合的に見て、フィラでの景色・観光のしやすさという點でとても良かったと思います。
