Horrible customer service from Stefano. Not sure if he owns it, but I messaged him about a problem with our room and his response was rude and sarcastic. They advertise rooms with sea views but not all of them are. This was the problem with ours. Our view was of the next hotel room. Stefano’s response was there is a sea view to the left and to the right, but you had to walk out of your room and around your building to see that view. (I’ve attached a photo). I asked kindly if we could be moved to another room with a view and we didn’t get a response for nearly 2 days (which was the duration of our stay). When I queried Stefano about why the room was advertised as a sea view when it didn’t have one, he said “It is like telling you that the truffle on my cake on the picture was red and you add brown” and I provided photos of what was advertised (which was a sea view) and we did not get that, he said “I am happy that you have so much free time on your hands”. No apology for the disappointment or the fact we had dirty cups in our room. The actual hotel is beautiful and Joanna on the desk was lovely and very accommodating. View by the pool is very nice. That’s the only reason that I’ve given the 2 stars. Stefano’s customer service has completely ruined my experience and I would not stay there again.

Pros: Superb view from the swimming pool. Value for money for the room and view as compared to the other options within the vicinity. Greek aesthetic 💯 Receptionist is friendly. Cons: Rooms are different from images on 訂房網站.com, not all rooms get the pool view. I would suggest to advertise accordingly on 訂房網站.com. Walls are thin and it’s a disaster when you have a party animal neighbours blasting music all night and customer service is not contactable at all even through phone. Reception is only working few hours a day and absent at check out hour. Cleaner accidentally left the key at the door unattended, luckily nothing was stolen. 0 amenities other than the pool, they even charge for drinking water.

Absolutely beautiful location if you want some peace from the hustle and bustle of the island. The hotel is pristine with a wonderful pool where you can watch the most beautiful sunrise at the horizon or go stargazing on a comfy lounge. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

頂級房間太棒的體驗

フィラの中心部からはかなり距離がありますが、その分靜かで落ち著いています。クーラーが入らなかったことは困りましたが、窓を開けていればそこまで暑くはありませんでした。
