Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto, habitaciones muy limpias, nada de ruido, perfecto para descansar. Tienen traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

Excellent service at the front desk, a very decent breakfast, and a good restaurant. Stayed one night, very pleased with the experience. There is also late Checkout available for 50 dollars, which if available (depending on available rooms) allows you to checkout by 6pm.

Hôtel agréable, propre, avec un service de navette vers l'aéroport très apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et bon. Nous avons été déçus par la chambre que l'on a eu, au rez-de-chaussée, alors que nous avions demandé une chambre calme : il y avait des tables et chaises pour les autres clients collées à notre fenêtre, ce qui fait que la chambre est visible de tous et qu'on ne peut pas laisser le store ouvert. En plus, étant dans le couloir du restaurant, nous entendions tout le bruit aux heures de dîner et de petit-déjeuner. C'est dommage.

一樓的餐廳愚蠢至極，我們去吃晚飯 等了1個半小時才上錢財，追問後廚，説已經在做了，點了一層牛排，我們又等了30分鐘才來，如果真的做了 牛排早就焦了吧，服務太差了。 同時選擇這個酒店的另外一個原因就是，我們剛剛從復活節島回來，在這裡中轉一天，晚上的接機也是一塌糊塗，説10點有一班，12點有一班，結果網上聯繫的時候告訴我們11.30有一半，結果等到12:15才來，如果是為了接機選這這個酒店一定要慎重。因為我在聖地亞哥中轉2次，第一次也很離譜，預約好了接機結果就來了1輛麵包車，要上車的人將近20人和很多行李，完全坐不下，衹能再等一輛車。

接待我的女服務員熱情友好，幫我安排的早晨的送機時間飛常準確，讓我在很合適的時間抵達機場，送機巴士很準時，司機友好。早餐不錯。房間夜間安靜，接機的班車晚間要兩小時才有一班，附上機場接駁時刻表給需要的朋友。如果錯過班車衹能等待或者打車。酒店不接受預約的接機，接機點很好找，三層三門，酒店的車身有酒店名字，他們會在郵件裡發照片以便你找到它。

Hotel is good and comfortable. Breakfast also included. The only issue - shuttle from/to the airport. It takes up to 2 hours to wait. And this is an airport hotel!

Hotel catastrophique, service de shuttle inexistant car il faut réserver à l'avance mais l'hôtel ne répond pas au mail. De plus pour le lendemain je me suis trompé d'horaire et donc j'en avise 5 heures avant mais il est trop tard pour en avoir un autre donc à quoi ça sert d'être proche de l'aéroport si je dois payer en plus un taxi. Au final ça m'aurait côté le même prix de payer plus cher le Holiday inn de l'aéroport que cet hôtel plus des taxis!!!!!
