I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sogo Sta. Rosa Laguna. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location is convenient and easy to find, making travel around the area smooth and hassle-free. The service exceeded expectations—staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Amenities were all functioning well and added to the comfort of our visit. We needed a place to stay for a night while in the area and chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, as we found strands of hair in our rooms. The bathroom follows a wet/open concept, which may not be ideal for everyone and the towels were noticeably old. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night without expecting much in terms of comfort or amenities, this hotel is an okay option.

We request several times to clean our room but no room service came. the room was feel dusty and the front desk staff was not good for accomodating the guest.need to improve ur services to give satisfaction to ur future guests…

Different room given to us upon arrival versus the room I booked here.so sad... I booked good for 3 but they gave us room good for only 2..you paid room for family but they transferred us room for 2 and the reason of the manager it's fully book .. how come I paid for reservation but our room given to other guest,... Value of our money here Not worthy..
