舊市街からは少し離れていますが、歩くこともバスで行くこともできる距離です。バスク鉄道の駅が近いので、フレンチバスクまで行くには便利です。徒歩數分の場所にフルーツや飲み物など買える店やパン屋がありました。 部屋はコンパクトですが、水回りも清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。

バルの舊市街地からは少し距離がありますが、バス停からはすぐ近くにあり、バスを使っても中心地まで、10分ほど、歩いても15分くらいで行ける距離なので、とても便利でした。 靜かなので、とても過ごしやすいホテルです。徒歩2分ほどの近くに夜遅くまで営業してる小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。 ホテル內はとても綺麗で、映畫のコンセプトのお部屋、朝食會場、ロビーなどとても素敵でした。 ホテルのスタッフの方もいつも皆さん笑顔で優しく、Wi-Fiが繋がらない時も親切に対応してくださりとても助かりました。 また、サンセバスチャンに行ったらぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。 ありがとうございました。

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

My stay at Hotel Zinema7 was quite enjoyable overall. There were a few challenges at the beginning of my stay, particularly with trying to modify my booking. Unfortunately, the reservation was locked and non-modifiable, and communicating by email to resolve the issue was somewhat challenging. Although I wasn’t able to get the room I originally wanted, everything ultimately worked out well throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, although the bathroom offered less privacy than I would have preferred, as parts of it were somewhat see-through. It wasn’t ideal, but I was able to make it work. One of the highlights for me was the hotel gym. It’s not a large gym, but it had everything I needed for a good cardio workout which was definitely useful for burning off all the extra food I had been enjoying during my 訂房網站! The staff were also very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They were attentive and did their best to meet my needs whenever I needed assistance. Overall, despite a few initial challenges and some minor room issues, I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Zinema7. The hotel had everything I needed, the staff were great, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Great location in nice, quiet neighborhood with great bus access. Air conditioner worked well. Internal acoustics could be better - I could hear when my neighbor showers and loud hallway noise. However, it was still quiet enough for good sleep at night. The vibe was cool and hotel was clean.
