I booked a private room, with a double bed and its an ensuite bathroom. The room is nice and large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is large, with a fair enough good mattress. For this room, there is an ensuite bathroom that comes with a power shower, with hot water, a toilet. a bidet and a sink. All were clean. Towels are provided. No kitchen available for guests. There is neither no reception, nor common space such as a lobby. The WiFi is good. Located in the center of Sanremo. Many drinking/food place options nearby. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

Chambre spacieuse et faite chaque jour. Il y a de la place pour mettre une chaise supplémentaire, et pour les francophones nombreux, un bouquet de chaînes de tv françaises serait judicieux. L'emplacement ne peut pas être plus idéal. Les tarifs nuit sont très abordables. Je ne loue que là lors de mes séjours.
