L’hôtel est agréable et propre. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était très bien. Malheureusement, le monsieur à l’accueil est tellement désagréable que ça donne une très mauvaise image de l’hôtel.

Nice room yet particularly unfrendly/unhelpfull/unprofessional staff at the desk. Check in was a total disaster (zero eye contact, not even a hello or smile: plus zero information regarding the hotel facilities). And check out was worse. Even though not busy, he simply does not seem to care at all about guests (my wife also had to "deal" with him and a simple request turned out to be a pain). In comparison, the lady at the desk was very open. Please change job if you don't like service or are frustrated for whatever reason we don't pay to cope with. Too bad as the hotel seemed great but we won't be back: the ones we tried afterwards in San Remo and in nearby cities were way nicer/friendlier.

Nôtres séjour dans cet hôtel était formidable avec l’accueil chaleureux ! Le professionnalisme du personnel. Merci aussi pour la décoration qui a été faite .. c’était super. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. On y retournera. Nous recommandons cet hôtel +++

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

Ottimo albergo, buona colazione, parcheggio insufficiente, riordine della camera non effettuato motivato perché non si è esposta la richiesta fuori della porta e poi alle 15.30 non c'era più il personale per farlo.
